You may think this sounds a little strange, but it is actually the correct way Walmart should handle their coupons. Walmart receives the full value of the coupon from the manufacturer plus 8 cents handling. Some Walmarts across the country were denying the customer the full value of the coupon (by adjusting) then receiving the full value back, thus making money on the coupon. This will happen no longer.
